24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand your time is valuable. And so is ours. Out of respect for our staff and clients, we request you give us at least 24-hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment.
A credit card is required to make an appointment at Nequiz Salon. Cancellation Fees will be taken out from the credit card that is provided.
We will give out a courtesy call 15 minutes into the service time for a chance to reschedule the appointment without a fee.
Should you either arrive 15 minutes or more late to the service, we will not guarantee that the service will be provided. If we cannot accommodate you to another time or day the same collection fee will be taken out of the card on file. We will try to schedule the appointment for another day that best suits you.
We understand that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel your appointment, we request that you please do so online or give us a call, 24-hours before the appointment. If the appointment was made the same day we request a call at least 1 hour before the appointment.
In case of true, unavoidable emergencies a fee will not be charged and it will be noted on file.
The first time a client misses an appointment, a note on their file will be made.
All following missed appointments will result in a 50% of the service fee from the credit card on file.
Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in 50% fee charged to the credit card on file or added to your next booking.
